Create New International Laws Against Crimes Done to Autistic People.

We need to protect autistics around the world who are unskilled in knowing how to protect themselves from abuse of all kinds, and deliver proper global justice to people who carry out criminal abuse against autistics.

Autistic people have a hard time adjusting to the world around them, and yet they are filled with unique gifts that can revoluntionize the world and make life better not only for themselves, but the global "neurotypical" majority as well.

However, many people officially diagnosed with autism (on all sides of the spectrum) often are socially incapable of handling most public situations - including harmless chats and friendly conversations, a common case as communication is a deficiency in most autistics. What is even worse is that somewhere along the line, many people who do not understand those with autism - including those who also think that the best way to prove themselves far better than others and make themselves look great is to cheat, lie, steal from, torture, rape, abandon, terrorize and even kill many innocent people - end up causing harm to those autistics in the long run. Sometimes, autistics can be victimized by the same problems in private life - often from family members showing excessive neglect - and/or from other members in their local community.

As one who was diagnosed with autism since childhood, and who has been fortunate enough to be part of a loving, caring family who made tremendous sacrifices for me, and be living in an "autism-friendly" community, I believe the time has come for my government here in the United States, along with all world governments - to start aiding autistic people who are prone to all kinds of abuse or have already suffered from it, by passing new laws that offer protection to those autistics, and carry out proper justice to those who inflict the abuse.

Said laws should include the following:

1) Courses educating autistics in the art of proper self-defense techniques.

2) Courses in health, homecare, law and other fields for neurotypical people who are either unfamiliar with autism, or who are familiar with it but don't know how to aid autistics properly, or who even know or are related to people with autism and are trying to help them the best way they can.

3) Special call lines tied to any and all police departments or protection agencies, which can be used by both autistics and neurotypicals to alert them at any instant where autistics have been abused, or even killed in an act of homicide.

4) New workplace policies in the workforce that protect autistics from abuse by any neurotypical coworkers or even managers (including sexual harassment, racism, etc.), that prevent autistics already in the workforce from being fired because of their autism, and also make it easier for autistics to get mainstream jobs regardless of their autism (for example, allowing them to get the job after applying for it, and not be rejected because of their autism).

5) Laws for new programs that allow any autistics to get the proper protection (including connections to reliable police officers or other guardians already knowledgeable about the subject of autism and not showing abuse in their profession), financial aid - including no reduction in financial income from Social Security or Disability Programs - and improved educational programs and structures, rather than have them be placed in group homes or institutions.

6) Sentences for any crimes/penalties caused by neurotypical people, applicable according to the degree of the crimes commited against autistics, and not excluding politicians, wealthy, police/armed forces, etc.:

Minor Physical Injury (Private/Public) to Autistics: 3-4 Months in Prison and/or 1000 Hours Community Service and/or Fine between $1000-$10,000.

Major Physical Injury (Private/Public) Including But Not Confined to Permanent Destruction to Limb or Organ on Autistic's Body: 1-2 years in prison (or longer depending on the degree of severity in the crime), with bailouts ranging $100,000-$1,000,000 and extensive community service.
