Help neglected, chained dogs

Prevent animal cruelty and DO something! Chained dogs outside is one of the most common forms of animal cruelty. They suffer without adequate food, water, shelter, or care while "living" their whole life in the small area around their rope. Pledge to help and sign. Here how you can help: http://www.volunteerguide.org/minutes/service-projects/animal-cruelty

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

Dear PETA,

Current legislation states that dog tethering is prohibited completely in only some states. We need to make a change and make dog chaining banned completely in ALL states. Many people break this law which causes animal abuse and mistreatment. Therefore, the legislation needs to become stricter across the country. If you don't want your dog inside the house, don't get a dog. Get something else!

Sincerely,

Laura Kerimova
