Demand that rules under Ardmore HOA be changed on amount of dogs and wood floors

We have 1 person in this community who has 4 dogs in a 1 bedroom condo. 2 big  dogs and 2 small dogs. HOA guidelines state 2 dogs only.
Additioningly, The HOA allows 2nd floor owners to have wood floors. The lower level owners can hear every noise made upstair owners as it is. Wood floors would allow more squeaking. We sign this petition so we can prevent this.
