FREE LEO, a

Leo is a California Great Dane – a "gentle giant" -- who has been held unfair captive and cruelly victimized by the City's Animal Services "shelter bureaucracy” since December 19, 2012. Leo soon is scheduled to be shipped out-of-state to a Chatham, Illinois animal shelter -- in spite of the fact that a loving California family, long experienced with Great Danes, has been trying to adopt Leo since January 4, 2013, the date that this California family placed an "adoption hold" on Leo at East Valley Animal Shelter in Van Nuys placed a "Welty adoption hold" on Leo.
