WEED OUT CORRUPTION, RACISM, DISCRIMINATION and INJUSTICE in the ACCIDENT BENEFIT CLAIM and TORT LAW.

I was involved in a car accident 2005 and it now 11 years and its still not resolved. My benefits were terminated because Dr. Shapiro of Riverfront Medical said I was of of DARK COMPLEXION, and that I function at a level where i'd steal and said that I was morbidly obese and I walk with a waddle and I seemed to be weight encumbered. She went on to answer the various questions asked by saying that I have the personality of a SCHZOID and that even though I had major depression it seemed to be regressing so ACE INA Insurance should terminate my medical and financial benefits. Another doctor Dr. Paul Goldbach physically assaulted me. I wrote a complaint against both Dr. Judith Shapiro and Dr. Paul Goldbach to the CEO of Riverfront Medical Dr. Sheldon levy, but instead of taking action Dr. Levy wrote to the INSURER to alert them that i'd written the complaint and ask them what he should do about it. Up to date they've not done anything about it.
I was also sent to doctor for assessment that were not qualified to do the assessments. The Adjuster has also constantly change treatment plans that were already approved. Ace INA has changed the Adjusters constantly when I wrote or made any form of complaint. The Insurer has sent me to several assessments where the doctors didn't really do the assessments, they just called me in to record that i went to an assessment.The Insurer sent me for CATASTROPHIC ASSESSMENT and the doctors and OT behave in such a manner not befitting for their profession. I've tried to get the police to investigate them and I was told the Insurer has to do that. I went for an Orthopedic Assessment at 10;30 am and the assessment only took 10 mins because the doctor said he was terminating the assessment because he see that I was in a great deal of pain. When he wrote the Report he wrote it as if he did more than an hour and he said nothing about the premature termination, but that the Quebec Task force deem I'm not CATASTROPHIC. They sent me to see Dr. Lawrie Reznik at Sunnybrook Hospital for Psychiatrist CAT DAC and this doctor was a very immoral and dishonest doctor just as his Colleagues who all worked for EVOLVE ASSESSMENT FIRM. Dr. Lawrie got paid for a 3 hrs assessment but he only spent less than 15 mins with me. In the middle of me answering a question he looked at the time and then said to me "Your Time Is Up" and just walked out and left me watching his back. The documents he left for me to fill out was difficult and didn't understand some of the terms. when I asked his secretary she didn't understand it either but the doctor had left. I waited for my wheel chair to take me to my ride. Dr. REZNIK got paid 3 hrs for that farce of an assessment. Then they sent CRISTIN ROTH an OT to my home. She got paid 3 hrs also and all she did when I tried to get her to do the necessary assessments she told me matter of factly that she was only at my home for an interview with me so she took out her writing pad and pen, that was it. but then she wrote in the report that she came to see me with all the tools of the trade and she wrote that my range of motion was at degrees that she couldn't have known because she never at any time ask me to demonstrate any kind of exercise or any functioning capability. Her payment for this 1hr of a farce was 3hrs of payment where nothing was done. I was also sent to a podiatrist who was a Family Doctor named Dr. Platnik and I spent 1 hr 45 mins in his waiting area and office waiting for the doctor to read my 10 ins thick file. He assess me for 10 minutes and even when he was finished he was still reading. When my driver was driving off 2 office clerk came running out telling me that the doctor needed to see me..The driver told her that he was late and she told him it will only take 5 mins. Well I
went to the doctors room expecting to see him, but he wasn't there. I said i was leaving and he hurriedly walked in and to my surprise he actually told me that he was reading my very big file and that he'd forgotten to look at my feet which was the reason for the assessment. He knelt down for less than a minute and he look at both feet, then he wrote a report on a podiatry assessment that the podiatrist that did the O.C.F 18 wrote to the Adjuster Ms. Rahaman telling her she should have used a podiatrist instead of a family doctor because he didn't understand the doctors report and its obvious the doctor didn't understand the feet on the level of the podiatrist. The adjuster sent me for TMJ assessment at Dr. Thomas Mc Kean and I asked her to let the doctor use a video camera because it was obvious they were not really doing an assessment but they were taking the money on the pretex that they doing an assessment. Dr. Thomas Mc.Kean spent 5 mins with me and his assistant did the interview and he was no where around. After he saw me for 5 mins he left the room and I assumed he was coming back because he never said he was finished with the assessment. I saw him putting on his coat and by the time I went to ask the receptionist what he was doing she told me he'd left. I was so mad I wrote him a letter. He gave it to the adjuster. All of these doctors worked for Evolve Assessment Firm after i told the adjuster I wouldn't go back to Riverfront Medical after I was brutally Assaulted by Dr. Goldbach and they didn't do anything about it. I went to a Mediation in 2008 with Ms. Catherine Korte formerly of Brown and Korte, Kevin Adams of Rogers partners and representing the Insurer. These people didn't even ask what my injuries were they were because according to the new adjuster they were just going to give me $5000 to help me over the holidays and she went on to tell me that the Insurer is not obligated to settle for cash because the Quebec Task force said that I was only entitled to 12 weeks of treatment and I received 81/2 months because the treating doctor diagnose me with a WAD111 injuries on the basis that my imagining test stated that there was severe gravitational shift of the cervical spine and I was experiencing excruciating head ache teeth ache Jaw pain which was diagnose as TMJ (Tempo-mandibular Disorder. Although it was known since September 2005 after all my teeth began to shake and my mouth swollen and infected this wicked insure didn't approve any treatment until I threatened to go the Premier. When they sent me to Dr. McKean he wrote to the Insurer not to give me anymore treatment because whiplash cannot cause TMJ even though the Courts has ruled that not is a very serious accident related injury its permanent and need proper treatment and maintenance. I have submitted treatment plans since 2012 for treatment and is still waiting for treatment. I wake up sometimes with very swollen mouth, earache, clicking jaws and severe ringing in my ear but Dr. Mckean said my teeth are in perfect condition but my TMJ is due through nocturnal habits even though I told him I've never grind my teeth before.
My injuries are: Bilateral traumatic partial dislocation of shoulders, TMJ, Bilateral 3rd degree wrists sprain with 6m tear, synovial fluid, and swelling, Bilateral thumb dislocation, Bilateral great toe fracture, bilateral hip impingement,Bilateral arm and wrists deformity, Cervical and lumbar spine herniation/disk bulge, gravitational shift of cervical spine, meningioma,( Brain Tumor)Severe right ankle sprain & swelling, bilateral Hip Impingement, Major Depression which according to Dr. Shapiro is regressing. Lower abdominal pain, which its doctor said was just soft tissue injury but I still suffer after 11 years. I develop Insomnia, Sleep apnea, High blood pressure and the list goes on. One of the things I cannot deal with is the rapid weight gain of over 80 lbs which is very uncomfortable and painful. To manage these problems I am given 28 to 32 pills instead of physical and psychological treatment.6 of those pills are supplements. I went from OXYCONTIN, every single day, ZANAX, SERTRALINE, PERCOCET, along with LYRICA and others. I've now being given CLONOXOPAM, INSTEAD OF ZANAX, HYDROMORPHONE and MORPHINE, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE, PRAZOSIN, including the rest i'm still taking and which have help to contribute to my weight gain, and it has also wreck havoc with my stomach and my mouth. My mouth is so dry that if i'm not careful it prevents me from breathing. I cannot even taste the food I try to eat anymore and it painful because of the TMJ. Not only is the Insurer promoting addiction to opiods the health system is right behind them. Instead of practicing prevention they allow you to develop diseases so you go to the doctor often. I have a good doctor who have tried to get me off the meds but without treatment that the pain clinic recommend she has no choice when she feels sorry for the pain i'm constantly in. I've been begging the Insurer ACE INA to settle my case and take me out of my misery, but my dark skin doesn't give them much incentive to do anything. I went to mediation and was told by the mediator who was chosen by Ms Korte that I should abandon my case after Ms Korte blurt out in the presence of everyone that ("I met her before and she demanded lump sum of money from me.") I was so shocked I shouted you're a liar at which time Mr Malachi took me to another room and told me to abandon my case because he said, ( You cannot fight the Insurer because they're a multi million dollar corporation.") He said (" If you go to court you might face a racists Judge and racists Jurors") He said to me, (" If it were in the 60s when he came to Canada he wouldn't be in this job") I told him i'd rather take my chances with the Justice system. He even told me that if I abandon my case I could try and find free treatment but he couldn't identify one treatment clinic where i'd receive free treatment. I was diagnosed with PTSD and I still haven't received any treatment for it and that's 6 years ago. The Insurer has a habit of changing the adjusters when I write them and remind them of the rules and they start treatment. They even change the adjusting firm at one point,and the treatment that was approved was changed and I was given 1/3 of the previously approved treatment. because of that I didn't received the treatment I needed. The Adjuster even changed the treatment her own dietitian approved because she didn't intend for it to be approved. The Dietician eventually changed 2 denial. I would like to see the 12 surveillance disk Ms Catherine Korte gave to the CAT doctors to to use for their Assessments. I'm also asking to see the the original transcript from the Discovery. Why the Insurer kept tampering with the documents. Mr Allan Blott my former lawyer left me with a $197000 debt that led fund is still trying to collect from me. The insurer ACE INA has also left me in debt because they didn't start AB payments until almost a year after MVA. I would like an investigation in to the workings of the AB against people of colour. I already went to the police and they did nothing so now I'm asking my government.    

The tactics of the insurer, doctors, lawyers, and plaintiff lawyer need to be thoroughly investigated, because their attitude have totally ruin my life and many others before me and after me. I have spent the last 11 years going to doctors, hospitals and treatments and I want justice.
