Human Rights at UN

Ask UN to compell ALL members of UN to sign onto the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights if they are to be members of UN.  IF they refuse (for whatever reasons) they cannnot be full members of UN, but only observing members.   Every person in the world has a right to life, liberty and justice as declared in UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
