This is a petition to help promote the new proposals to protect victims of bullying and account the bullies for their behaviour and harmful online decisions.
Speaking on behalf of all the victims of bullying and the bystanders who want to see a change, we are extremely devastated at the amount of bullying that occurs online and how often the victims are being attacked. I truly hope that the cries of all the victims and people that want to make a difference in those children's lives will be heard.
Cyber bullying decrease the children's self esteem and in the future it can potentially have negative effects on their life and lead to serious outcomes. It completely destroys their confidence and makes them feel like they are to blame. It is definitely not fair and creates negativity in people's lives which can be hard to cope with or handle.
By providing the children with the safety they need online with these new proposals, it will result in the decrease of cyber bullying occurring online and make the children feel comfortable and safe whilst using the internet.
