Stop the selling of live animals at open flea markets through out Florida

Selling live animals at flea market encourages blind breeding, corrupt breeding in puppy mills and backyards, animal cruelty, animal neglect especially in Florida where the outdoor heat is unbearable and the selling conditions not good - prospective owners cannot be checked or documented at time of purchase and animals health is compromised.
