PUT THIS JOYOUS CAT KILLER AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Jeff Jones who admittedly shot and killed his neighbors cat with a pellet gun. He later admitted to killing a couple of more cats. Sources say that he seemed proud of doing so.

The incident happened in the unit block of Winding Way. A woman had complained that someone had shot her pet cat "Flip" with a pellet gun Thursday 04/05/2012.

"It went through the abdomen and into the kidneys as well as shattered the cat's hip which led to the cat having to be euthanized," explained Cheryl Shaw from Chester County SPCA.

There have been eleven cats found dead in Chester County since last September. In November of 2011 another family's pet cat, Furball, who was shot with a pellet gun. The 10 year old orange Tabby was left paralyzed and had to be euthanized.

Jones is being charged with a misdemeanor of the first degree. If Jones was in fact responsible for the death of any other cats in this community, we will be asking that the charges be upgraded to a FELONY of the third degree as PA law permits, after the first offense.
