Full Justice needs served for Abuse Burning a 3 year Old Child

Seliyah is a 3 year old from Illinois who was burned & badly abused.
She has 3rd degree burns on 60% of her body earlier cat scans showed brain bleeding. On June 30, 2014 Seliyah was badly abused, this was done while in the care of a babysitter. She has already gone one skin graft surgery and will have more in the future, she is still in severe pain. She developed I am sure you would agree this is torture. Full Justice should be served on whomever done this, along with if someone allowed it to happen. If whomever done this gets away with it, and then the next child dies who will then be responsible? Full justice needs to be served, why would it make a difference? As this may stop the same person, or people from abusing another child! This was preventable this 3 year old should not have to suffer in agony!
(325 ILCS 5/3) According to the Illinois Statutes
Abuse is defined as someone whom:
(a) inflicts, causes to be inflicted, or allows to be inflicted upon such child physical injury, by other than accidental means someone whom:
(d) commits or allows to be committed an act or act of torture upon such child
(e) inflicts excessive corporal punishment
I want to express how sorry I am from the bottom of my heart! For what Sileya & her family is going through, do not allow this to tear your minds apart. Such a beautiful girl, this whole thing makes my own head twirl. I do not know her but yet I have already developed love, very often through out the day she is someone that I think of! To think of what this little girl had to go through, what the hell is this world coming to? To such a angel who'd put on this kind of rage? How is this family supposed to just turn the page? Looking at pictures of this sweety's beautiful smile it's hard to concept how someone can put onto her such hostile! To this family nothing can compensate for what was done to this little girl I am sure they would trade it back for anything in this world. However this is something that cant be traded the damage is done no way can it be faded. To a little girl that is content to color or she would of loved to be sat down infront of the tv watching Dora The Explore. Full Justice needs to be served this is something this baby did not deserve! So I am going to beg for this petition to be signed if you believe to the full extent of the law that whomever done this for a long time will be behind bars & confined, also that this case will not just be set aside!
To Law Enforcement & judicial officals  if you end up closing your eyes what if there's another child whom then dies? You will then be responsible for why they were set free so we are all begging you on our hands, and knees that full Justice will be served, and this monster gets what they deserve! (If you believe Full Justice should be served to whom done this to this 3 year old girl!
