New York State Implemented "Buster'sLaw"to make sure animal abusers are convicted and punished for their crimes to animals. This law has not been enfored very well. This Crime is punishable as a felony and with jail time. I would like to see these criminals serve time for their crimes against a defenseless pets. Please help me, by suporting this. I would like people to add their voice and to make sure New York State realizes that people care,about animal abuse. There is currently a case that needs our IMMEDIATE support. Please help bring justice to "Murphy".

Thank you all for your signatures.We need more signatures or he will get away with this horrible crime against poor Murphy.Why are there only 22 signatures from New York?This state CAN PUT PEOPLE IN JAIL FOR 2 YEARS! I have seen caring signers from all over the world,but citizens of NYS will sway the justice system the most.I need to get it out ASAP.Please share this with others before time runs out and he's back out on the street! We need HELP! Again, many thanks to all.
