People who do not belong on the sex offender registry.

  • recipient: Any offender on the sex offender registry without committing a "sexual" crime.
There are people unjustly put on registry for crimes not consistant with a "sexual" crime at all. People who have never harmed a child sexually is labeled as such. Where they live, work, and their everyday life has restrictions on them. Those restrictions make it hard for them to LIVE in a community.
