PLEASE MOBILEANS I need your help and all you have to do is sign this petition to help it will only take 30 seconds of your time.
Mobile,AL is a place I love I grew up here it's home! The county doesn't seem to care about our water system is being polluted each day. They don't mind collectioning money and fines from other but they don't fine their self for not do their J O B! I personally know I got a spring in my yard that runs in to Jackson Creek and on to Big Creek Lake were Mobile's water comes from. They have taken my road and put in drain pipes but yet I am the only one that the water is dumped on. I have lost my land litterally and my sand bar my pond is over half way filled in with the dirt from the road to my yard. I have called the County with no response filed a complaint with ADEM and the guy in Mobile Bill Melton has yet to return my call. Fox 10 has tried calling on my behalf also because with the water I'm also getting all of the road trash. I have lost countless ducks, geese and fish that I have bought. I have also lost a lot of ducks and geese that are wild along with Blue Herions, Sea Gulls, Turtles, Fish, White Craines and the list goes on. Please Please Please help me correct this problem by making the County of Mobile to come out put traps to collect the garabage so it's not in our polluted. They should have to run pipes to get the water in the middle of the pond and redig out my pond to the condtion that it should be. I don't mind the water at all but when your killing animals and pollution our water source and HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING SINCE 2008 when I started calling to get this corrected. People should be able to count on each other and the county should stand up and say "Yes this is a man made project that has messed up the flow of water but we will make this right" When it comes to our drinking water in Mobile,AL County or the City of Mobile
