Demand Free Sanitary Products for Women!

Menstruation is a process which a woman has no control over - even if she chooses to delay it with birth control , she will eventually have to allow the period to take place. During this time, sanitary products are essential and I feel that it is extremely unfair that women should have to invest in these items for around 40-50 years of their lives. They certainly cost a fortune as they are required on a monthly basis.

I feel that the public should sign this petition with the aim of trying to get sanitary products available through the NHS - condoms are given out for free so what's the difference? - it could be set up like a repeat prescription or they could be available in clinics/practices.

Let's get this to the Government!
