Exotic JOE is well known around. He buys , sells , trades , and breeds his big cats. Big cats are confined to small cages. He is on the 911 abuse list. I have and I will copy it to this petition. . He makes his cats perform and do stunts . He also partakes in cub petting . Will be updating on this petition . Thank you!! He has signs posted everywhere no video and no cameras allowed .
