Approve The Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores for 2016 and beyond!

The Hangout Music Festival has put Alabama on the map for music has become one of the premier music festivals in the nation. The Economic study conducted in 2013 validates the benefits for our tourism industry.

If you:

1) Live and/or work in Baldwin County, and

2) Want to see the festival return for another 4 years (with changes and improvements), and/or

3) Actually attended the event and had a good experience personally and/or with your family (children, etc), and/or 4) Feel that the positive, long term impact to our community outweigh the understood inconveniences of traffic, a few bad apples, etc....

then please keep reading. We need your support!

The Gulf Shores City Council is currently considering the request to approve the Hangout Music Festival for another 4 years.

The purpose of this petition is to provide a majority voice for the local Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and surrounding area residents who support this annual event.

Call to Action:  If you think that the Hangout Music Festival should remain in Gulf Shores for the coming years, please sign this petition and include in the notes if you are a local business owner and any additional comments / suggestions that you would like the City of Gulf Shores to see.

The City of Gulf Shores needs to hear from YOU, their constituents who support this event. Those who don't support the Hangout make an all year attempt to wear down our public officials. They don't hear from the business, families and residents of Gulf Shores who actually attend and enjoy the festival. Please share this petition, we need to get our voice heard NOW!

Thank you in advance for supporting our local lifestyle, live music and tourism.

Final Results. Petition closed on 5/29.
