Rally support to demand Mr Carusso as PRINCIPAL of HAIKU SCHOOL

Having a male figure at Haiku School and being able to work with teachers, parents, students in an equal enviroment.
Within the past school year 2017 - 2018. Mr. CARUSSO was Vice Principal in the beginning 2017. Six months as Acting "Principal", has made a great improvement to our Haiku Elementary School. We as parents could feel the changes for the good in our teachers, our children and support from our parents in the community. The parents comments comparing one principal to another has made a great change to our school for the better.
We as parents felt the closeness, happiness, the safety of our children. He is smart, intelligent, caring, loving, understanding, and most of all give an open ear to anyone and everyone with problems (solutions to follow), encouragement when needed. He will make the time for us. Children, safety, & Education is #1 priority. Why replace our acting principal for a brand new principal that we have no idea about and have our children go through another change in staff.
TRULY🏠 we as parents demands and wants Mr. CARUSSO as Our HAIKU SCHOOL PRINCIPAL 2018 till his retirement. Remember he has done great for our keiki's . We all love him. Having closeness with parents, our little ones, teachers and staff makes us proud to say Haiku School has the best Principal Mr. CARUSSO and changes needed to be made. And, this change having a wonderful principal till the end of school year 2018 is what we ask for. Please allow Mr. Carusso to continue his status as OUR HAIKU SCHOOL PRINCIPAL. PLEASE MAKE THE PARENTS AND CHILDREN HAPPY. ITS ABOUT THE BEST AND NOT THE WANTS. PLEASE RECONSIDER.
