Dear neighbors, In light of reviewing Phase 1 of Refurbishment project, and after careful examination and talking to independent contractors. We came to conclusion that all prices for the renovation are outragious and in some cases INFLATED by 50-70% Example 1. Design and management fees 17,210 Really? Standard fees for simular project are about 6,000. Example 2 Flooring ,hard wood,lobby $21,260 Several contractors agreed on $5,000-7,000 Example 3 Office furniture (Desk,workstation,filing cabinets,chairs) $9,220 EVEN De BOURS does not have this prices!!! and what was wrong with the old one??? And the list goes ON and ON and ON! What is next? $200 per nail? $500 per screwdriver? We dont think so!!! Its time to hold our "fearless leaders"accountable! We urge them to account for all the expendature and provide us with original receipts for further investagation, or submit their resignation letters. PLease come on board with us! Its your money ,its your building.Time to restore fiscal responsabilities !. Regards , Concerned owners
