The DFCS steel our children, The case workers lies under oath in the court room and gets caught lieing and face no consiquence, no pergery charges, the juvenille Judge has no control over DFCS they do not follow the judge's orders and is not accountable for anything they do. In Georgia all state employees are immuned to any accountalblity, thanks to Govenor Deal. In the end the judge is always on DFCS side and rules with them even when the case workers reasons for removal of child from home are made up lies and proved in court.
Now let me tell you why. The state gets money for every child adopted out from the federal government. The case worker gets incentive pay for each child adopted out and last the judge also gets a incentive pay. The whole system is about money. It is not about the child welfare, it is about money. The case worker hit the jack pot with my situation. There is 4 children involved and that is a incentive pay of around $40,000.00 for her if these children are adopted out. The DFCS attacks the poor due to most of the people do not have the money to appeal the decision and gives up fighting.
Please never give up on your children.
