Unacceptable level of recycling containers

Expecting people to carry all large plastic boxes plus one wheelie bin every week plus small handled bin without wheels for food waste. Putting these boxes outside on public footpaths making it difficult for people to walk, impossible for people in wheelchairs to get past.

I would like Newcastle-Under-Lyme council to review the waste management dept and the level of containers, bins, let people have the option of using bags instead of boxes. The boxes are causing problems for disabled, blind people etc. The sporting of rubbish is totally unacceptable.
