A teenage boy in Kentucky remains in critical condition after being viciously gang raped by a group of men following a house party, according to reports. The 15-year-old, whose identity has been protected due to his minor status, was allegedly assaulted by five men who also filmed the attack using a cell phone.
Tyler Riess Perry, 19, Dayton Jones, 20, Samuel Miller, 18 and two 17-year-olds face multiple sexual assault charges including first-degree sodomy, promotion of a minor in a sex act and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. The foursome shared video of their brutal attack, which ultimately led to their arrests, with others, in jest, but it is still unknown if the footage was shared online.
According to published reports, the 15-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, which included a punctured colon and ruptured bladder. What’s more disturbing is the fact that none of the suspects have revealed a motive for the assault, leaving prosecutors to believe that it was merely a random onslaught.
Perry, Jones and Miller are being held on a $1 million dollar bond and are also facing additional charges such as tampering with physical evidence. The victim is said to still be in critical condition at an intensive care unit just minutes away from where he was attacked.

A 15-year-old boy in Kentucky is fighting for his life following a brutal attack by not one, not two, but five men as he attended a house party. Tyler Perry, 19, Dayton Jones, 20, and Samuel Miller, 18, as well as two 17-year-olds participated in an unforgivable act of violence that punctured the victim’s colon and ruptured his bladder. What’s more disturbing is the fact that this crime appears to have no real motive. And the foursome continued to violate the victim, long after the initial assault, by videotaping, and then sharing, the attack.
This kind of unnecessary and random violence against an innocent teen is simply unacceptable. No one else should have to experience the termination of their rights and and the exploitation of their bodies by these cold, calculated and heartless individuals ever again. That is why I encourage you to seek out the harshest and strictest convictions possible for these four men.
Although the damage has been done, at least the victim can experience some semblance of closure if they are kept behind bars forever.
