Arrest, prosecute and punish men who decapitated live goat in New Orleans.

On March 24th, a group of men hung and beheaded a live goat, and filmed the attack, posting it on Youtube. The Louisiana Humane Society, Tulane University Police, and New Orleans Police are investigating the incident and looking for the individuals who participated in this attack.

This was an unnecessary and horrendous attack upon an innocent animal. This type of depravity and abuse cannot and must not be ignored, condoned, or tolerated. Please sign this petition to help insure that these individuals are brought to justice, and so that this animal would not have died in vain.
