DEC wants to manage the black bear.New York bear population estimated 6,000-8,000.Human population in New York estimated 19 million.DEC want's to reduce the bear population.WHY?? please stop killing our wildlife.I have the right to enjoy them. And the bear have a right to live. Put the guns away and let's learn to co-exist.
