POLICE OFFICERS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE PROFANITY

Many times I've witness police officers use profanity and shouting at a suspect even if the suspect is just a little kid. example: -SHOUTING- "get the f**k down, put your f**king hand up, stop f**king moving, shut the f**k up..." When one look at the situation from different angle one may see that using profanity or shouting out a command does not always get a positive respond. It is understandable that police officers are professionals who's job is to enforce the law. the highlight word here is "PROFESSIONALS" and to my understanding professionals DO NOT use profanity nor shout at someone or around someone they are paid to serve.

It is ok for a police officer to shout if the suspect or person is too far to hear the officer loud enough, but using any kind of profanity is in no way acceptable. Not even when or if the suspect is resisting or combative, BUT THEN AGAIN i doubt a suspect would resist or be combative if the officer approaches him in a respectful or more accepting tone. Ask yourself this, would you rather be respectfully told to do something or shouted at to do something? when you shout or curse at someone you are surely going to get the same aggression or a negative reaction back. worst part is, the fact that most police officers use there job as an opportunity to release there anger from a personal problem at home or at work, but i shouldn't be the one to suffer from the personal problem of that officer?.

What im expecting from this petition is to either have police officers be trained to be POSITIVELY PROFESSIONAL in there manner of approaching and commanding suspects, or start hiring police officers that can be PROFESSIONALS by controlling there anger and stress, or start fining/ punishing/ or firing the UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICERS that choose to always use profanity or anger as a way of relieving there own personal problems!
