As you have heard, Barski's Extreme Lazer Tag inside the Fingerlakes Mall in Auburn / Aurelius, NY was wrongfully forced to close its doors this January because the Town of Aurelius Code Inspector "Made a Mistake" as he admitted in an interview with the Citizen.  The Barski's invested $80,000 in this new business venture that just opened five short months ago.  Four people lost their jobs and the community lost a local mom and pop business that offered a family friendly environment for all ages.  Please help by signing this petition with the hope of reopening this small business!!

The 1/29/14 edition of The Auburn Citizen Newspaper had a front page story on this wrongful closure:http://auburnpub.com/news/local/fingerlakes-mall-laser-tag-arena-closes-due-to-codes-issue/article_e65716da-3daf-5559-9fd2-599afb785b42.html

Proof Barski's Xtreme Lazer Tag meets or exceeds ALL NYS safety regulations, as per their New York Inspection the business passed on August 1st 2013:  http://www.labor.ny.gov/ride-safety/amusement-event-details.asp?eID=-2072082943
