Pay our educators what they deserve!!

Why are doctors paid so much per year? You might say "they save lives." And you're right. But who taught them what they know? Who inspired them to achieve those goals? I know there is a lot of outside influences but who plants the seed? Teachers and professors. It's not fair or ethical to pay teachers barely 60,000 a year. That's above average. Meaning more than half of the educators in the US make less than that. Why are we not giving them what they deserve? They are the ones who inspire and support and teach. I've known teachers who are more loving and supportive to kids than their own parents. We give these educators our children blindly with trust. And they do all they can do they can have a better future. And they are not compensated fairly.
