Tell Wells Fargo: Let Woman With Cerebral Palsy Keep Her Home!

  • by: C. McCain
  • recipient: Timothy Sloan, CFO Wells Fargo

Ana Casas Wilson was recently arrested outside the home of Wells Fargo CFO Timothy Sloan for protesting unfair bank practices and attempting to hand-deliver her mortgage payment by rolling to his front door in her wheelchair.

Wilson and her family have been embroiled in a battle to keep their home since 2009, when they temporarily fell behind in their mortgage after she developed breast cancer. When they tried to bring the loan current, Wells Fargo declined to accept payment and refused to do a loan modification.

Ana Casas Wilson has lived in her California home for 40 years! There is no justifiable reason for Wells Fargo to refuse payment!

Please sign this petition telling Wells Fargo that you do not support their efforts to evict this disabled woman and her family and demand a loan modification allowing the family to stay.

Dear Timothy Sloan,CFO Wells Fargo Bank

We are petitioning your bank to drop the charges against Ana Casas Wilson in association with her efforts to deliver her mortgage payment. We also ask that Wells Fargo reverse the foreclosure and create a loan modification allowing the Wilson Family to keep their home!

There is no justifiable reason for Wells Fargo to rob this family of the home they have had for 40-years!

Please do the right thing!
