Demand to end the no show tattoo policy at Hooters

I interviewed and had a fitting at the local Hooters and was over qualified for the job but I didn't get the job bc of my tattoos. I have a full right sleeve but is very tasteful. I could understand having to cover them if they were offensive but roses and angel wings aren't.
