Get the birds nest shut down

The birds nest is a pet store in saint Paul Minnesota, the conditions were appalling, the birds were matted and were ripping their feathers out due to stress. It was too cold for them in the building and they were trying to huddle together for warmth, the cages were extremely filthy and the birds looked sad and miserable. We need to do something to save these poor little birds and find someone to rescue them. We can't stand by and allow these poor beautiful animals to live this way.
