Recall of Sheriff Jim Beicker

We, the undersigned, being qualified electors request that Jim Beicker the Sheriff of Fremont County be recalled for the reasons of: failure to communicated with the public; failure to follow up on complaints of inmate care int he Fremont County jail he oversees resulting in the death of one inamte April 20, 2014, which is now the subject of a lawsuit against the county; failure to supervise staff resulting in evidence from one unsolved murder being found in a personal storage unit of a detective who is now on leave pending an investigation by the CBI; failure to communicate with victims of the unsolved homicide; failure to follow up and investigate crimes reported by constituents; failure to oversee proper investigation of animal cruelty accusations before seizing animals; and intimidation with termination and placing gag orders on employees.
