Demand Justice for Abuse of Orthodontics patients and hidden records.

The Dental Board of California and The Dental Board of California Smiles were sent Complaints of abuse or wrongful treatment , The Dental Board of California denied the Claims and later verbally agreed to the wrongful treatment. Nothing has been corrected by them since they denied the claim later. The Dental Board of Calif.Smiles found the treatment Wrongfully done in approximately 2012 & 2013. There has been Nothing done to correct the Wrong done. I am on pain meds and suffer on a daily basis from conditions of the Mouth which I believe may kill me. The problem is that other Specialist have refused to give me written confirmation of their findings and have spoken their finding openly to me that the Orthodontics was a wrongfully done treatment. I am on Tramadol for pain and have had other pain meds along with perscription floride SF5000, Mouth Rinses, but treatment of all front upper teeth in 2014 was rejected by my dental insurance ( 4 root canals ). My Mouth has been checked for developing Cancer which I am told can occure from wrong treatment causing dead tissue.
My suspicions were correct from the moment my request to have the braces removed and my request was denied and I was forced to continue treatment that I did not approve of , I believe I was brainwashed by way of intimidation to finish the treatment I suspected to be wrong. The contract was used as a way to have me continue and I was told I would be charged extra Money to transfer and found that no one would take me with the transfer so I had to continue till the contract ended. Later I was told to go back to the same othodontist by the Dental board of California, to have the doctor who created the problem to fix the problem. Well I started up the treatment again with the same doctor who then continued to do the same damage and I stopped going to him and had another orthodonist/dentist remove the braces and plan on a new orthodontic treatment to correct what he said was the lose of my teeth. I Then stoped this treatment due to the same hidden documentation of written treatment. I was not allowed to know what steps in treatment were being prepared or what to expect in written form.
