Keep Older Children Looking Retro and Bright

As some of you may be aware, Mothercare have decided that the new range of Little Bird by Jools Oliver from the Autumn 2018 season will only go up to a size 4-5. The Little bird community are deeply saddened by this decision, meaning older boys, girls and unisex clothing will have to be bought from alternative brands. Although on the surface this seems like a somewhat materialistic petition, many Little Bird fans associate the brand with giving their child a unique sense of style which can not be found in the typical high street shop. Some parent fans of the brand have been dressing their children in the range for years, since it was first launched in 2012. With such a huge following and fan base on social media, the clothing is regularly purchased 'preloved' and recycled by other parents for their children to wear. With the disappearance of the older sizes, this will no longer become an option.

We would really like for Mothercare to reconsider for future Little Bird season launches, that the larger sizes will be available . There has been a huge demand for sizes to go even bigger than what has already been produced in previous seasons. Please don't alienate your target audiences Mothercare ....keep older children as rainbowtastic on the outside are they are inside!
