At the end of each Auto Insurance liability policy term, we do not get any refund even if there is no accident or incident. I demand that 75 to 80% of that money be returned to me for my option to use again for another term policy credit or to receive the cash are electronic funds returned to me.
Each American is losing on average $100 per month that is not returned even though there are no incidents tickets or liable damages.
This is fraud and an unfair contract which incapacitate our ability to pay our bills and and traps us in a state of delinquency buy a fluctuating economy that the state would have to guarantee to enforce the laws that bind individuals through their auto insurance policies.
This also infringes and violates many other rights and aspects of freedom and finance in the homes of working-class people who are already paying taxes.
Changing this will put money back into the pockets of Americans, some that are also employed and own insurance companies that deplete their own friends family and Neighbors because the state allows this to happen, but they will never feel the opposition and stressed to life that these problems and flicked every month because they are connected to the validity of your ability to go to work!
This is not fair.
It also allows you to be profiled without reason for traffic tickets that exists due to traffic circumstances for the purpose of raising your rates which ultimately limits your rights in your insurancecontract. This does not leave room for any benefit of the doubt when the circumstances are created due to things like the roads or construction or other people's actions or the descriptions of the officers who write tickets and for the reasons they write them.
And the contract is unfair because the insurance industry is created through the presence of a suspected liability so therefore they are equipped and facilitated with legal representation that is not possibly matched by the abilities of an individual that is operating as a private person to be able to challenge with the truth.
