Put an end to panhandling in New Bedford!

With New Bedfords rich history, culture, wide variety of small businesses, and even unique forms of artwork you would think New Bedford is an ideal tourist stop. Sadly, visitors and tourists are unable to discover the wonders of New Bedford without being harassed by panhandlers on nearly every corner. I ask that we put an end to this by any means possible, we do not want to leave a lasting impression as the city of panhandlers.
