STOP ANIMAL ABUSE BY SADISTIC NEIGHBOURS NOW! RETURN BELLA NOW!

Immediate change in legislation for cases of cat theft and cruelty to animals.

1. Six months in prison for animal abuse/premeditated theft is not a deterrent for horrendous acts of animal cruelty and theft of a cat. Courts must stop being lenient with these cases and must understand that animals have feelings and are sensitive and they feel pain and they must be protected by legislation as must legal owners.

2. A Minimum of 5 years in prison for animal cruelty/animal theft and cruelty to cat's owner(s) by stealing the cat or cats and trapping them in their home or premises and/or luring them away from their legal home with food. The animal thief must serve a full 5 year prison sentence.

3. Police must act immediately when they are informed that an Animal Abuser is collecting/feeding cats and not allowing them to leave to deliberately weaken the bond between the cat and legal owner.

4. The UK must have an Animal Abuse Register implemented immediately, not just for Wales. animal abusers/animal thieves must be listed in the register and they must be monitored.

My cat was stolen on 24th May 2016. She was lured away from her home in May 2016 by using food/milk.

All the people down the alleyway where my cat is now knew full well that she was owned.  They ignored all my missing posters and continued feeding her and did not have the decency to return her or inform me that she was missing despite my leafleting every house in the alleyway.

I am requesting that sniffer dogs, trained in cat detection, be used please when there is knowledge that a local person has stolen a cat. Police must act immediately and not be obstructive when owners are seeking assistane.

Police should use sniffer dogs to smell for hidden cats. We must be taken seriously and our pets must be returned as soon as possible not months and months later where neighbours are self-serving and dishonest and character disordered.

A cat is property and property can be stolen. Pet Owners should not accept police devaluing their complaints. If a cat has been stolen they have been stolen and their theft must be recorded as theft and not as anything else.  The IPCC has allowed Inspector Jo Walmesly to block justice for my precious cat and allow the thief to continue keeping her away from her home.

Please share with your friends and family. Thank you so much!!

I am requesting that sniffer dogs are used in cases of animal theft so that cats are returned quicker.  My missing cat flyers have been ripped down three times in the vicinity where my cat is being fed and homed.

All organisations that I have turned to have been unhelpful and could not care less about my lost animal. This is not good enough.

Animal theft must be taken seriously as there are people in our communities who are character disordered and sadistic and unkind. This means that they get pleasure from being in control and causing pain and suffering to the animal's owner as they separate the cat from their owner. They do not care as long as they get what they want.
