End the death penalty

We've been stuck in a hypocritical barbaric system of punishment and retaliation. Nothing justifies killing another and everyone deserves chances to be who they were meant to be. The more we punish and kill the higher the violence, we have to bring each other up, not further down. My goal is to make an amendment that dosen't allow death as a punishment.
