NA to EU server transfer, League of Legends

Many people started playing league of legends on the wrong servers. Most of us have a lot of wins, and have spent great amounts of money on these accounts. We wish for Riot to let us have a transfer from the North American servers to the European servers (free or paid). This is not only a problem for players from Europe, but also for players from USA, Canada etc. The main concern is the latency in game. Thanks, and please share this petition.

Riot refuses to allow transfers from the North American servers to the European servers. We have to do something, not only for European players, but also to make North American players get a better in game experience.
