Why should we, the tenants, or even the landlords, have to pay out an extreme amount of money just for estate agents to print out the exact same paper as they did before, with just a couple of numbers changed? I SAY NO!
This world is hard enough to live in with all the prices on rent, bill, shopping etc, increasing all the time.
Estate agents make enough money from us.
It's extortionate for them to request more money for then to do absolutely nothing other than print out a bit of paper.
Anyone can do this.
That money being requested could go towards a lot of things you need.
