URGE TO LOCK-IN RENTAL RATES AND OFFER GRANDFATHERED PRICING FOR CURRENT TENANTS

We, the tenants of the Burnsley at Red Peak Properties, are bringing this signed petition to you as committed and caring residents. We love Capitol Hill, we have loved living at the Bursley. We think it is unjust to hit us with such large increases in monthly rent and parking rates. We are the veterans that helped get this community started right when it was made available. We are residents that became friends that continue to assists each other as neighbor who care about the property and its upkeep.  We have been reliable tenants since the beginning, making this a comfortable and positive habitat for residents and landlords alike.  

We are urging Red Peak Properties to provide "Locked-In" rental rates from this point forward for tenants who are current residents only.
