Perhaps the President of Indonesia should be sent petitions directly to his palace to let him know that people around the civilized world are appalled to see an animal begging for food. The zoo keepers that give the public concerned about this atrocity that the bears are on medication is an insult to everyone. The tourists will diminish to visit such a country who allows this torture to the bears taken out of their environment to live in concrete confinement to suffer further. The Head of State whose country is being shamed should consider the inhumane treated of all animals is regarded by the civilized world as barbarians without a soul or conscience. That a country is judge by the way it treats its animals and the image of such countries are tarnished forever to quote the most wise Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi, "The Greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." An offer of help by those who would contribute to the care for all the zoos to be rescued and taken to a sanctuary to recover and close the zoos that do not give the care God's creatures are deprived to be treated in such deplorable and cruel conditions. Time is of the essence and the capture of all animals in a country that allows these animals to suffer a slow, painful condition should permit those who want to take them away from the zoo to a sanctuary. The zoo should be closed permanently and no others opened. This has to end now and no further capture of animals by people such as this to ignore the suffering is not only inhumane and only shows a country without a soul or a conscience!
