DEMAND THE CONGRESS IN PERU TO IMPRISON ANYONE WHO ABUSE OF ANIMALS

While Congress has no pressure from other countries pets will remain battered. Some animals that are being kept locked in basements for years without seeing the light and other are hung in trees by simply fun. 
 In 2008 a congressman killed of 3 bullets a schnauzer pet, owned by one of his neighbors because the dog would have entered the animal farm  that the congressman remains within his home.
This man, member of the Peruvian Nationalist Party (PNP) Miro Ruiz admitted having killed by a bullet to his neighbor's dog in the Los Sunflowers in Chaclacayo, and apologized to everyone for his wrong doing, which he described as "the worst mistake of his life. "  I REALLY DONT KNOW IF THIS GUY WAS PUNISHED.

Another issue is that There are people in certain sectors of Lima and Peru that eat cats. -they put them in bags and beaten them to death with a stick .. many of us reject this practice and we dont know how to end it.
