"DO NOT TRANSFER ME" because of "FAVORTISM" Give me a "REAL REASON" not a "INJUSTICE REASON"

To keep me at this school site (Dollahan Elementary" that I've help create many positive improvements and many positive relationships with students, staff, parents, Supervisor's instead of transferring me to another school for the reasoning of "FAVORITISM" from the principal.

Where I received "CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE OF YEAR" at District level and to go on and receive "CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR" at County Level....

To let me stay where I've been for the last 3 1/2 years and I've been the Happiest I've been in the last 17 years since started working for RIALTO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT on May 28th, 1998. I feel I've been a positive role model to our students, staff, parents and Supervisors/Peers.
