Xcel energy rate increase

Xcel energy is the only electric company in our area, and they know it. So they increase our rates every few months to pay for all their new buildings, wondering farms, and new services starting down south. It's unfair for the public to pay for xcel energy's decisions without them first giving us an option to vote or discuss the plans to raise our bill. We need to be given the opportunity to vote on issues or projects that will increase our bill. Xcel energy needs to find an alternative way to pay for all their new projects they are doing. Because our bills are already high enough.
