Inaugurate Pence only at this time

Inasmuch as President Elect Trump has displayed erratic behavior (for example, Nov 27 2016 tweet declaring millions of illegal votes were cast) you, Justice Roberts, should comply with Article II, Section 1, part 6 of the U.S. Constitution and swear in Mr. Pence as Vice President but withhold Mr Trump's swearing until it can be established he is stable and able to fulfill the position of POTUS.
