End Child Support and CPS now!

For Far to Long Child support has put father's and some mothers automatically in the rears,from the time the couple broke up or from the time the state has taken the Kids. Child support not only puts the payee in unnecessary debt but 70% of the child support payers are in the rears and have already been jailed at least once. Now to make this even clearer it cost the tax payers $260 a day for each offender That's jailed.Now a child support violator who is jailed can not pay child support anyway while in jail so he/she just gets buried in further debt which then the state adds interest to his/her rears which will keep him/her in debt for years to come,not to mention it takes a majority of the child support payers income which in return pushes him or her into welfare and well then the tax payers are forced to pay that burden as well. Also,don't forget if a couple are still together and don't live with one another Department of social services will force the women to take the boyfriend to court in order for her to get medicaid and or food stamps or both. Which makes no sense cause in most cases she still gets the same amount of assistance weather she/he receives child support or not. Now on to the CPS (Child Protective Services) This Goverment over reach program has messed up and destroyed more families then it has ever helped! Not too mention has lost and has put more kids in harm's way then the kid was already in. And in some cases they rail road one parent in order to keep the child with the less responsible parent cause they feel the need to keep a child with the less strict parent thinking well the kid will be happier with said parent,not even thinking about the child's future and or upbringing. Also CPS has lost and has put more kids in abusive foster homes since 2003 all the way to now in 2018 then the parents they took the kids from in the first place. I am asking the Senate and the Congress to abolish child support and to abolish CPS and cut all funding to both programs. Please I call on you To Look at our constitution and Follow the constitution especially in New York state where the government has put more father's in poverty over child support then any other state.
