Stop Elder Abuse by Durham Loyal in Delaware

Durham Loyal's founder, David J. Durham, has been operating as a financial adviser for over thirty years with his Pastor Frederick Drummond, both now out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The FBI has them under investigation and Channel 10 NBC News out of Philadelphia, PA. ran an expose several years ago that drove them out of town in Concordville, PA. Durham has hired David J. Ferry, Esq. who has managed to convince his Justice friends on the Supreme Court to deny our appeal against our Aunt, who is being controlled by David J. Durham. The collusion between the lawyers and the courts needs to stop. Truth, justice and law needs to be followed and not colleague cronyism. As a result, these people are trying to take away our home, assets and our animal rescue efforts. We went to court and told the truth only to have her attorney, who is acting as a counsel for Durham, use technicalities to try and suppress out testimony. Our 6th Amendment rights were violated by him in the Court of Chancery trial and the Court has yet to rule on our motion concerning Rule 60. We were not informed correctly of our rights and believe that the Courts are operating in collusion with David J. Ferry and David J. Durham.
