Force STRAIGHT TALK CEKLULAR TO HONOR OR CHANGE ADDS

  • by: Michael Rowley
  • recipient: Federal Communications Commission and Congress

STRAIGHT TALK CELLULAR advertises unlimited talk, text, and data for $45 a month while in reality they cut users off if they use too much data. To be somewhat fair they disclose the types of data you can't use, like streaming,  in the online agreement but by then you will have already purchased a non-refundable sim and one month contract. The FCC or Congress should make them do the right thing. Imagine if a pizza buffet didn't include peperoni pizza or if you purchase a toaster and then learn it won't toast white bread.

PLEASE sign this petition to force the FCC or Congress to compel Straight Talk to fully disclose thier limits on unlimited data or change thier practices. After 8 days my data was cut off for excess usage. Unlimited should mean unlimited. You should not be required to read multiple pages of smsll print onlone or in a booklet to learn appropriate uses.
