Help Low Income Individuals Demand Pet Health Assistance

Everyone is going to have a day where they just can't afford something or need a little assistance. The MSPCA doesn't offer either, if you don't make a certain amount and your beloved animal is severly ill your not getting any assistance because all they care about is if you can cover any procedures up front they have ONLY ONE payment plan available and if your of low income-medium income and aren't qualified they have no alternative and basically turn their backs on you and your sick animal. I am starting a petition so that even people that have nothing can still have an option to work out a decent payment plan so that way there is more hope for the less fortunate and more animals being helpped rather than turned away. I strongly would like everyone to sign so that way no animal will ever have to suffer because everyone will be able to treat and care for their animal they way that god intended us too. With your support we can and maybe able to help suffering animals get healthy again and have a shot at  a second chance to live.
