Deregulate Cannabidiol (CBD)

Cannabidiol (CBD) is proven to kill cancer cells without harming healthy cells in humans yet federal regulations cut funding to institutions that promote its use. CBD is derived from cannabis. The US Drug Enforcement Administration lists cannabis and its cannabinoids as Schedule I controlled substances. This means that they cannot legally be prescribed, possessed, or sold under federal law. This needs to change to reflect the wisdom of states that approve its use.
