En Santiago del Estero, Argentina, cerraron gracias a las autoridades municipales de dicha localidad el zoológico en el 2014, pero desde entonces los grandes felinos se encuentran aún en ese lugar, y descuidados, con temperaturas de hasta 50ºC, en recintos muy pequeños.
Agradecemos su intermediación para que los 2 leones y el tigre de bengala, sean liberados en su hábitat natural o sean llevados a un santuario donde puedan vivir dignamente.
